Relax and re-energize your mind, body, and spirit during Abigail’s Monday night Vinyasa Flow class. Come prepared to breathe deeply, sweat a little (or a lot!), and challenge yourself on the mat, while also learning principles of yogic philosophy that you can carry with you off of your mat and into your everyday life. This is an energetic class, complete with hip and shoulder openers, backbends, arm balances, core work, and inversions.

Join the TN state wellness initiative, and spend your lunch hour getting healthier, gaining strength and flexibility, and refreshing your mind and body for the rest of your day! Class at the Ag Center is geared toward beginners and advancing students who want to learn how to safely practice yoga in a fun and non-judgmental environment. Please bring your own mat!
Open to TN state employees only. Classes meet in the basement of the Holeman building.
Tuesday Night Restorative 5:30-6:30 pm

Relax and restore as you combine deep breathing, gentle movement, and postures that allow the body to gradually release tension. If you are nervous about yoga, this is the class for you!
